I have twenty years of continuous copy-editing and proofreading experience.
I work on

• general non-fiction, including illustrated books.
I am experienced in using Word's editing tools, including templates, styles and macros. I have expertise in PDF mark-up, and can also mark up on hard copy using BSI symbols if required.
I have worked on over 250 titles, many of them for educational publishers such as Hodder Education and HarperCollins.
For academic publishers I often handle projects from copy-editing to final proofs. I have extensive experience of liaising with authors.
I work on non-fiction, including illustrated books. Clients include Thames & Hudson, Birlinn and Short Books.
